WELCOME TO SEKINCHAN SELANGOR
Sekinchan is a famous town in Selangor where people fish and grow rice. The fishing town is west of the sea, and its paddy fields stretch along Federal Route 5. They go inland for about 6 kilometres, going south to Kampung Sungai Sireh in Tanjung Karang and north to Bagan Terap in Sungai Besar. Together, they cover 180 square kilometres. It goes over a body of water and has a small bridge, birds, and paddy fields. There are also companies that you can go see. The staff will tell you about the process of planting rice, the type of rice, and other things. You can also buy rice here that you can't get at the market. The roadside stands in Sekinchan sell more than just rice. They also have beautiful peaches. The town of fisherman is across the road. You can also check out the fishing boats and wharf. Also, please stop by for some seafood. In Sekinchan, the rice is picked twice a year, in the middle of the year (around May and June) and at the end of the year (around November and December). It is sown in March and April and again in August and September. During the planting season, the rice field is a huge green area that turns into a golden sea during harvest time.
